The New Lirum Device Info App

The new version of Lirum Device Info is Available on the AppStore with a changes:

  • The name of the App have been shortened: Lirum Device Info – the rest of the name was suppressed, as Apple required the name to be below 50 characters;
  • iOS10 is now supported. Some panels crashed in the previous version, as Apple have removed some API returns;
  • Battery cyles, battery temperature and connection list have been removed, as these data are not retrievable under iOS 10 anymore;
  • If your device is still on iOS 9.3.5, the version of Lirum Info available will still contain these features;
  • iPhone 7 and 7 Plus are supported now, with their specifications and new features;
  • For more information about the data that have been removed in iOS10, check this article: http://bit.ly/ios10changes
  • The current version allows users to override System Language – the feature was asked specially by Japanese and Chinese users, to revert back to English;

    What just happened to the ‘Memory Boost’ feature that was in the previous version on October 5th 2016?? I was already extremely irritated that the battery info was not available in the pro version after installing the lite and seeing what features I could gain by the getting the paid version. It wasn’t obvious that they were/couldn’t be included. I understand it’s not your fault, but you gain very little and in the lite version it says you gain X,Y,Z for the paid version, when you don’t gain all those. Only learned AFTER that Apple took that info away from you.
    I almost never buy Apps. 1 or 2 a year. I was going to request a refund from the Apple Store as I wouldn’t have purchased otherwise as you barely gain anything with the paid version. I decided not to, because it’s a good App and liked the memory release function. With this new update and if the ‘memory boost’ was taken away, I’m going to write Apple. Please get back to me. jcrausch@ymail.com

      Hello Jay, thank you for your interest in our App. These features are restored now – this was our mistake.
      If you need any more information, you can contact us using the app itself, in the About section.
      Best Regards,
      Rogerio
